Rates
2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments
- Rates are inclusive of 4 guests in existing bedding. Includes free car parking for 1 vehicle per apartment, guest bathroom amenities, all linen, and free WiFi.
- Extra adult/child rate (unless using porta-cot, see below) applies for additional guests, which includes extra linen.
- $20 porta cot linen hire fee or bring your own. Complimentary highchair and stroller in room. Kids cutlery, DVD’s, toys and games. We also have a child safety gate for Apartment 2 internal stairs.
Peak (1 September – 30 April)
Includes Public Holidays, school holidays, special events and long weekends.
- 2 night stays from $350/night (incl. 4 guests)
- 3+ nights, $230-$280 per night (incl. 4 guests)
- 5+ nights, $220-240 per night (incl. 4 guests)
Off peak (1 May to 31 August)
- 2 night stays from $350/night (incl. 4 guests)
- 3+ nights, $220-$260 per night (incl. 4 guests)
- 5+ nights, $215-$230 per night (incl. 4 guests)
Mid Week Super Saver and Promo Rates
Promo rates for 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments, often discounted.
- 3-4 nights, $200-230 per night,
Extended Stays
Weekly rates for extended stays are to be negotiated with owner.
Please contact the Manager to confirm current rates. Indicative rates are provided below as a guide.
- Long Term Extended – stay 28 or more nights from around $180/night for a single adult.
