What is your COVID-19 cancellation policy?
We are flexible and reasonable in relation to COVID-19 cancellations. If you cancel as a result of any official travel advice received from Government organisations we will provide free cancellation or wherever possible a full refund if you have made a payment, less any administration fees paid. ( A $10 processing fee is payable per booking, to cover service and administration fees).
If you cancel and no restrictions are in place our normal cancellation policy will apply i.e. deposit will be charged upon cancellation.
If you need to cancel, we would love your support in re-booking with our property at a later date!
Note: Flexible cancellation policy applies to bookings made direct with our property – if you book through an online travel platform (Booking.com AirBNB etc) please check their individual cancellation policy.

What if I have to cancel last minute?
Our property is unable to refund in the event of last minute cancellations due to change of mind. However if the room nights are fully re-booked we will refund your payment, less a $50 admin fee.
We strongly suggest that you book travel insurance to cover last minute cancellations, including those due to family illness, travel disruption, extreme weather or fire events, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I hire a car from the airport terminal?
Yes, there are several car hire companies operating in and around Port Lincoln. For more details, visit our Port Lincoln Airport Terminal and Car Rental page.
Do you have WIFI Internet?
Yes Port Lincoln Foreshore Apartments offer free unlimited high speed WIFI for our guests. Your code to access our free wifi will be emailed to you shortly before your arrival date.
WiFi is also available next door at the Tasman Hotel, who have a great bistro and live entertainment Thurs-Sunday. Del Giornos cafe/restaurant also has wireless internet available (along with great coffee!)
Do you have cooling/heating?
Yes our apartments have fully ducted air-conditioning/heating system.
Can I smoke in my apartment?
Our apartments are strictly non-smoking inside, however smoking is allowed on the balcony. Please ensure doors/windows are shut while smoking on the balcony.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately due to Community Plan Regulations we are unable to have pets on the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, we have free undercover parking at the rear of the building. Each apartment is allocated one car-park, and there is plenty of public parking at the front of the building.
Can I stay extra nights once I have checked in?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact our friendly manager to discuss.
