Our Manager will tailor a quote that offers weekly rates, which include a weekly housekeeping service of your apartment, to allow you more time to complete your business, or relax and enjoy our fantastic locations.
The extended stay rates we offer are discounted and therefore are best suited to those guests who want to trade flexibility for a discount. These rates require full pre-payment of the first 28-nights at time of booking which is not refundable or transferable, should your extended plans change.
We offer two different extended stay categories, depending on the duration of your stay:
- Short Term Extended – if your stay is between 14 and 20 nights from around $1,400 per week ($200/night).
- Long Term Extended – if your stay is 21 plus nights from around $1,260 per week ($180/night).
Our dedicated Manager will personally look after your reservation throughout your stay to ensure your experience is as comfortable as your own home!
